Nikita Nikitin

Principal, Oliver Wyman

Nikita is a London-based Principal, working at the intersection of our Financial Services and Digital. Nikita focuses on designing and running large scale strategic, regulatory and cost transformation programs for financial services institutions. In particular, Nikita looks to identify ways for institutions to use digital innovation and organizational change to improve business performance, achieve cost efficiency and reduce risk.

Over the last decade, Nikita’s work has seen him support some of the largest banks in Europe, Asia and America on large scale transformation programmes, often working with the C-suite to fundamentally change and evolve their institutions. From searching for innovative ways to improve the bottom-line, to designing and launching an entire digital bank, Nikita is driven the by the opportunity to solve some of the toughest problems facing his clients.

The most exciting part of my job is getting the opportunity to work with bright and diverse people to solve some of the toughest challenges facing the financial services industry. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing our work being implemented by our clients and driving real impact in their organizations.

Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Nikita studied Economics at the London School of Economics and is a Londoner through-and-through. Outside of work, his passions involve keeping fit, travelling off-the-beaten track and gastronomy. He enjoys a good side-hustle and has launched his own wine venture with friends, creating the first carbon negative wine in Europe (which tastes pretty good too!).
