Covering corporate banking, structured finance, fixed income, currency and commodities, as well as investment banking divisions, Serge has a broad remit. He works with clients across the UK and Europe, combining industry knowledge and problem-solving skills with a practical approach to address industry-wide and bank-specific change. Over the last 18 months he has focused on supporting banks set climate strategies and emissions targets and embed operating model changes to make the targets a reality.Â
